Fred Sablan began playing guitar early on in life at around the age of 12, in the late nineties he played guitar in the Californian punk-rock band Crack. Later Fred went on to join Butcher Holler as the bassist and contributed to their album I Heart Rock.

In 2005 Fred met Jeordie White (Twiggy) and they became good friends and started DJing together, later Fred joined Goon Moon to play live guitar and bass guitar.

In 2010 Twiggy invited Fred to Marilyn Manson's studio where he listened to the work they had currently done for the new album - Born Villain, a week later he went back to the studio where they created a song together, shortly after Fred officially became a member of Marilyn Manson taking up the role of bass guitarist.

"Manson played me what they had recorded so far and my jaw was on the floor, they'd only been working on it for maybe a month or two. I was completely into it. A week later, I went there again and we had a crazy night. We made a song on the spot with Manson on the mic singing, the energy in that room was unbelievable.."

Fred also has his own music project called Birthday Twin which is film score and experiments in instrumentals.
