Wow, this is lame. I wouldn't even consider the photo of Manson as photobomb. Isn't this mostly used, when people appear in the photograph that aren't supposed to be there and doing weird stuff or looking stupid? These women look pretty normal to me and it appears that they are supposed to be where they are.
