What a great album. Antichrist Superstar has always been my top favorite Manson album.

It is like a catharsis for my aggression and the lyrics make me feel unashamed to be different.

I was listening to the tracks off the album on youtube, starting from: Irresponsible Hate Anthem to Man that you fear.

Man that you fear is a very touching song to end the album. Particularly the lyrics where Manson says: "Pray your life was just a dream" "there is no one left to hear you scream," "no one left for you."

I do feel that some of the lyrics relate to me a bit as well, since I feel sometimes that no one cares for what I have to say and I only have myself to support. What a difficult world.

I've always considered one of ACSS many strong points to be that while it doesn't sound too crash hot production wise on small speakers and at lower volumes, put it on a good stereo and CRANK IT and it will kick your ass right out the room. The speakers just drip with anguish and hatred.

Another point is, the drumming on that album is just off the planet.
