I have yet to see your vids, but I applaud your massive balls for posting fan vids on a Manson fan site.

Not bad. The acoustics of the room you're in make things sound a bit flat but you could easily sing for a hardcore band or something. You have a good scream.

Screams are nice and full, I think you could easily get them sounding pretty close to MM with some tweaking. One thing I've noticed about MM's scream is that because he always did much more yell than the way others screamed - he has a way to almost pitch his scream. I'd say on the non screams, just go for less of a MM sound and just keep a mid voice and then on the screams just move the pitch of the scream off the one note.
Better than I can scream lol

The screams are definitely a lot better than the sung parts, they have that real obvious trying-to-sound-exactly-like-Manson sound I've heard countless people try and miss the mark with. Like Sans said, I could imagine you fitting into a hardcore band nicely, with a bit more work on the scream and a bit less trying to be Manson.

Haha, same here. Any attempt I ever made to scream has been piss poor. Well, any attempt I've ever made to do any sort of vocals has been piss poor.
Manson's scream is definitely different to a lot of other people's screams, I don't really thinking of it as 'screaming', not in the same way I'd think of a typical metal vocalist's scream. Like you said, more of a yell, really, which I've always preferred, generally.

Not bad, not bad at all. My only suggestion would be to involve your diaphragm, your scream is coming from basically your nose/throat. You'd get a lot more power and more full sound if you used your diaphragm. I can see the strain in your throat, and you'll end up fucking up your vocals if you do that long enough.

Oh its you, charliefuckit again. Nice name! I was just on your thread about your new band. Congrats!. Im guessing this is an older post. Are you lead singer of the band? I think you'd sound alot better with instruments behind you. Btw there were some little lyrical mistakes here and there, but only a miniscule amount. Keep going.

You seem a little pressed to not just scream the fuck out of shit. If I were you I'd think about screaming something other than Manson. You definately have the presence and rage for it. Seriously.

Nice. I liked IHA the best. A singer friend of mine once told me, when we were discussing screams, that he would direct his voice into a corner of the room for practice and that it's not necessarily getting volume, the mic/amplification will take care of that, but to get the tone, like a whispered scream sort of. It's hard to explain and I must say, practising myself, I could probably give Otep Shamaya a run for her money and I'd like to. haha. Ten points for balls.

Manson is more difficult to cover than some realize. He did a fair job I think.

Thanks for all the replies everyone! I've been working on those screams since I've made those videos and have taken into account all of your advice!

Thanks! Actually, I'm backups in my band so I almost ONLY scream, which is good because I'm not a trained melody singer in any form :p
