At a small table in a simple room, sit two men.

<First Man> I take it you've been well?
<Second Man> Let's get this over with.
<First Man> There's no reason to be uncivil. We've plenty of time.
<Second Man> Time isn't the issue. I have places I'd rather be.
<First Man> Perhaps you should be getting used to being where you'd rather not be.
<Second Man> Stop acting like you know how this is going to turn out.
<First Man> We both already know the outcome. Don't pretend that you don't.
<Second Man> We'll see. I've taken certain...measures.
<First Man> Yes, I'm quite aware of your "measures."
<Second Man> Then you know it'll work.
<First Man> I know how you think it will go.
<Second Man> Whatever. Are we done here?
<First Man> Done? No. Not nearly.

What's this for?

It's just a little character sketch. I'm not sure what it'll turn out to be.
