This sitcom seems to be incredibly underrated despite how many awards it's gotten in its run. This might be a longshot, but are there any fans of Coach here?

This was a pretty funny show. I would probably appreciate it more now that I'm older. Craig T. Nelson was great in this.

Maybe I'm thinking of something else but didn't Luther have a bird that was always saying "no hope"?

I used to catch some episodes back in the day. I've got the first season in my Netflix queue.

Oh yes, he actually did. It was a parrot in from the episode Sunshine On My Shoulder Makes Me Happy: A Show About Bird Ransom which was on season 2. If it was on YouTube, I would've posted it, but I can't seem to find any episodes of Coach there. Aside from that, I'm also thankful that there have been at least 4 out of the 9 seasons out on DVD.

Ha! When I saw the title I thought this was an old thread being resurrected!

I watched a few episodes of this. I didn't go out of my way to watch it every week, but it was a good show.

I must've forgotten about these, but this is all that I was able to find on YouTube. I've figured that Luther had some of funniest jokes and moments on the show, that is, aside from Dauber. And perhaps this is just me, but I liked how the doors in Hayden Fox's office sort of added to some of the comedic timing in certain episodes. It also helps with people like me because I often prefer closed doors, and it looks like Hayden's that kind of character as well.

I also came across this. It's funny because the errors doesn't sound anything different than what Jerry Van Dyke's character would say, because I could certainly picture Luther making those types of mistakes anyway.
