Manson was great tonight. The band was spot on I thought. The crowd fucking sucked though. 23 times I have seen Manson and had never experienced a crowd so lame for a rock concert. He mentioned a few times how Reading is fundamental, groped Twiggy and Fred several times, and was pretty playful. I was so happy to hear Great Big White World instead of Coma White. I know there has been some debate over how good TITNS is live on this tour, and it was actually one of the highlights of the show. It was much better than I was expecting. Whenever I think of the song live, it's hard not to imagine Thaeter and TITNS with John and Skold. We left right after Manson.... I really had no desire to see Cooper.

Setlist:
Angel With The Scabbed Wings
Disposable Teens
No Reflection
The Dope Show
Rock Is Dead
Great Big White World
Personal Jesus
Prelude (The Family Trip)
mOBSCENE
Sweet Dreams
This Is The New Shit
Antichrist Superstar
The Beautiful People

Just got home from the Manson show in Reading. The crowd royally sucked, everyone in seats sat down the whole time and you could tell Manson and Twiggy weren't feeling it tonight. Plus I got into an argument with an AC fan who was sitting behind me. He kept saying stuff like"Wow! Manson gained like 100LBS", "I don't know how that guy got a record contract, he sucks" After arguing with that fuckin moron, I looked at my wife and son and said "we are leaving after Manson's set" This was my 12yr old's 1st Manson show ever, I felt like I let him down in a weird way. So we left right after Manson's set. I did however see some friends from the Twins tour in Camden, NJ. I apologize but I cannot remember their names but they are good people. The girl wears the pasties on her boobs and has the Antichrist shock symbol tattooed across her chest and her husband wears the Nazi type uniform with the hat(I'm in no way saying they are Nazi's). It was good seeing them. We were in the VIP, meet and greet line for 3hrs for the Camden show last October. I hate to say this but this had to be my worst Manson show ever. This was #10 for me and my wife and it was disappointing. I love Manson, but I will just have to stick to shows where he is the headliner, at least you know the true fans will be there standing and singing along to "AWTSW" rather than sitting. It's such a bummer to see people all of a sudden come alive when they play B. People or Sweet Dreams. Mr. Manson-"I apologize on behalf of the people of Reading, PA for their lameness and band wagonry"

This video is great! Watch Marilyn Manson save Fred at around 04:00, he totally puts him down on the floor and Fred keeps playing and then Manson sits on him. lol

Well, it's kinda been a little while since this show occurred, but I was actually at this show. I can tell you that I went in not knowing what to expect and only knowing Manson did The Beautiful People, The Dope Show, and Sweet Dreams. Honestly, I went for Cooper.
BUT I was blown away by Manson's show, a good chunk of it consisted of not knowing what the f*ck was going on but knowing it was awesome! My father of 55 years took me and he was up and grooving during Personal Jesus and headbanged and threw up some horns during the heavier bits of the show. He told me afterward that he was so glad he went and we both kinda went on a Manson binge for the next year.

Cooper also had an awesome show, which seemed a lot longer than Manson's, maybe too long. I did think it was great that both artists got together to do an encore of I'm Eighteen, but regrettably I didn't get to witness the second half because my dad wanted to get out early and beat the traffic (He wasn't a fan of Cooper, really).

So overall, I'd say this was an excellent show, my only regret was not staying until the very end.
