Icky.
I was bemoaning the fact that I bought the Tempe tickets before finding out about the Tucson show (where I live), but seeing that it's a seated event, and that the ticket prices are much higher than MM's solo show; I feel a little better.

With the added fee's only the front seated section of Tucson cost more than the Tempe show. The second section of seats was only about $55.00 and I am pretty sure when I looked up tickets to Tempe it was over $60 with the fees.

Anyways, excited for this show. I have missed the past few shows in Phoenix. Last show I went to was in 09' for Mayhem.

While Manson's band did their instrumental soundcheck for "Antichrist Superstar" during Manson's meat-and-greet they were joined by what's-her-name from MiW who (mostly as a goof) sang the whole song.:)

MM is on stage, my cousin just text me a video of Angel With The Scabbed Wings! :D

Edit,

Sounds like usual set list so far and Coma White instead of GBWW.

Seems like he's not dressed as the pope tonight, I just got a text saying Personal Jesus and my tie, so I guess he's back to the suit.

Mickey Mouse ears for This Is The New Shit.

Version 3 it says. It's a different experience every time you go, personally. These are great songs, and part of the experience is turning into some sort of crazed anarchic uber-Nazi-type, I think. I love it. Being within the Manson narrative is the experience. I wish I could've been in Tucson tonight. I wonder how many versions there are?? Aah, like four more weeks until my next show.

From what I've seen over the last year versions can be different for different reasons. Set list change may create another version, also stage props can change version as well. I saw one that had a few theatrics missing, and it was marked as a different version. So there could be a number of versions depending on set list, venue/stage size etc.

My cousin emailed me his videos, they're mostly clips so I might put them together as one.

But here's his video for Angel With The Scabbed Wings, recorded on iPhone so no zoom, but great audio! That intro is so cool with the lights up and down the curtain.

^ Nice Video! One of my favorites of the night along with This Is The New Shit and Coma White. So glad to hear all those live for the first time. That video cuts off right at my favorite moment of the concert, the end of Angel. He sang "I am the angel with the scabbed wings, Hard-drug face, want to powder my nose, and I will deflower the freshest crop". Not sure if he has been doing that regularly since he started playing it again, but that just made me so happy. Loved Manson's dance moves during TITNS. The band sounded amazing last night.

Here's a review from the show: http://blogs.phoenixnewtimes.com/uponsun/2013/06/alice-cooper-marilyn-manson-tour-photos-review.php#

My cousin said This Is The New Shit got a really good reaction, the reviewer picked up on it too. "The highlight of the set was the anthemic "This Is the New Shit," which should never be let off the setlist. "
