Beware of ticket sites claiming VIP, unless you hear it from a valid Manson source such as his FB page, Twitter or website I would not trust it.

If you see me there, you may or may not be seeing things nor will you get to confirm it. Enjoy the show! Manson loves Pittsburgh and always gives something special when touring there. Also, controls of my accounts are as of 13:20 will be being handled by a friend. Also, look forward to some very fucking spectacular updates.

It will be awesome. The venue is very nice. He does like Pittsburgh, doesn't he. That's good for us. I really don't count on myself for any videos. i usually enjoy the show, but i might capture some songs that i would like to have, and try to get exclusive stuff.

Ahh. It's Okay. lol I just posted the setlist from Setlist FM and got some messages from a couple people I know who were there. That was the set list. And no, MMT...Cringeon even said he spoke to someone who said Sweet Dreams was performed acoustic. Though you' love me to be wrong, wouldn't you? Also, that set list Napalm Heart posted isn't from tonight. I also posted the Setlist FM official set list. You're welcome.

Also, I've been the one adding a shit ton of HD videos and pictures. What have you contributed besides being a douchebag and a picture of you in MM's sun glasses? Have a good night. Scavenger hunt in the morning. Lots of goodies I got personally sent. Also, I posted a pic of you guys before you did. Take care. lol - Puts on "Renegade"

Wait, what. There was no setlist from tonight's show on setlist.fm that you could have posted. I added it, after assuming the one you posted here was correct. Before that there was no setlist on setlist.fm...

I'm sure there will be videos soon enough. It was an OK show. I'm still trying to figure out why he abandoned the screens and setlist from the first show. That would have made this one of the best tours in quite some time. It's weird that he spent the money on the screens for only one show. Hope they reappear at some point.

Cringeon

He's saying he added it to Setlist.fm after you posted what you thought was the setlist which means incorrect. I'm going to go with the person in attendance and if they say it was the same then that's what it is.

Just to clarify, setlist.fm is essentially a wiki. Anybody can edit it with any songs. It's not really an official source of information. I think it's clear that the 'regular, set was played. Thanks for posting pictures Shangs, but you don't need to keep being so aggressively argumentative about issues when people who were at the show are telling you what actually happened. A picture of the setlist was posted, and a person who attended is in here telling you what happened. It's settled.

Shangri-LIE
01-30-2015, 10:15 PM
It was originally posted before I posted the Set List FM link. Another user who was there confirmed Sweet Dreams acoustic. Also, there's been a lot of vids and also a lot of reviews. Have you checked them out? I wouldn't be so aggressive if you wouldn't be so determined to make me out to be some fucking retarded person. I've been contributing. Not trying to intentionally bamboozle people. IF I am wrong, it won't matter. I hope to see lots of great pics/vids and write ups from this show. Sorry for just fucking making an update. Right or wrong, stop being an asshole. Still waiting on a reply btw.

Anyway, still sounds so far like a great show tonight. Should be a lot by morning.

Again, sorry to be the bearer of I guess bad, but unsurprising news, but the paper setlist posted above was correct. The other setlist is from the first show and, unfortunately, was not what happened in Pittsburgh. He kept saying how we were the best crowd so far this tour, and it was somebodies birthday that he mentioned (anyone know who that was?), so I thought maybe we might actually be in for a special treat. But it was not in the cards for us this evening. I would hate to see someone get their hopes up who is attending a future show.

Shangri-LIE
01-30-2015, 10:34 PM
Lesson of the night. If people would communicate the right info to each other that would be great. I shit you not. There are people, other than in here, saying they heard the set list as on Setlist FM and others saying it was something else. Hooray for retards. lol - Thanks for clarifying, Thomas. Now on with the updates! Yee Haw'r

90+ minutes show, 5 new songs, 11 old songs including hits and songs that work great live (full version of Coma White!) and a kickass band (Tyler fucking Bates!), yet people complain about the show, 90% of them haven't even been at the show. Pathetic.

I've seen big arena shows and small club shows, with big production, or with no production at all, seen rarities live and staples. Very often, a huge production and props weren't necessary, and often enough, the best times I've had during songs like The Dope Show and Personal Jesus.

There's really no point in getting so wound up about it. Quit letting it bother you so much.

Anyways, I'm enjoying the set list. "Slave" should be brought back. Can't wait for him to add some LA dates.

I made a complaint the other day about the setlist without actually watching any of the videos or attending any of the shows (yet). I have to say now after watching some of the better quality videos it sounds like this is a killer band and all the tracks sound very good live, almost like there slightly re done to fit this new era, which is very cool. I apologize for being one of those negative fans who always find something to complain about, this is one of the best sets we have gotten in years, although it would be great to see some more rare songs performed live considering how good this band really is. Also wouldn't mind seeing more new songs such as "Warship My Wreck" "Slave" and "Odds Of Even". We all need to remember that its early into the tour and we are already getting some top notch shows and performances. As time progresses so will the setlist and so will the band. I think we all need to learn to appreciate the present and be grateful that Manson is performing this well at this age. Its a good year to be a Manson fan :) the Vancouver show can't come any quicker

Couldn't agree more! This is an awesome tour so far; feels very much like it picked up where it left off from the Holy Wood (GGG) tour. Twiggy's bass tone is just amazing, very loud and aggressive and Bates/Wiley do a great job of covering up the keyboard role making everything sounds very "live" and raw. Gill legit "Pounds the drums" and in my opinion is the best drummer this band has ever had, although ginger was pretty damn awesome. Its Just straight rock n roll. Manson is truly one of the last rockstars left, so thankful to be able to see a band like this in my life time. For those such as myself who were not around for the Tours 1995-2001 this seems to be the closest thing to seeing something like that again.

The tour it's been awesome so far, indeed and I would have a lot of fun attending any concert, but it's a fact that the setlist is utter shite. There are SO MANY possibilites to make it better, but Manson keeps playing the same old thing. Basically the setlist is splitted into The Pale Emperor and Lest We Forget (yup, I know Hate Anthem and Coma White, but the other ones...). Does he want to play singles? Alright then, so where's The Nobodies, Get Your Gunn, I Don't Like the Drugs (But the Drugs Like Me), (s)AINT, Lunchbox, Man That You Fear, Slo-Mo-Tion etc... See? ONLY SINGLES and still many options left behind.

Anyway... I like the stage setup and I hope he plays at bigger venues so they can back with the screens and all that stuff. The acoustic version of Sweet Dreams was a nice touch too, it was cool if the band kept it on the set.

I completely agree with you. With records such as Holy Wood, Mechanical Animals and Antichrist Superstar that are just brilliant masterpieces and one of the best rock records released in the past 20 years, you would think that the setlist would be beefed up a bit. Songs like "I Don't Like The Drugs" "The Nobodies" and even songs like "Mechanical Animals" "Speed Of Pain" "The Reflecting God" are just some of the best songs in the entire Manson catalogue. "Slave" and "Warship" are mind blowing as well. Imagine a show with all those tracks with the lineup we have now.... But yeah the acoustic Sweet Dreams really should stick around. I actually wouldn't mind seeing it live now.

I'm starting to believe that small venues are not reason for not having screens etc. It's like they are afraid doing something new and fresh? Everything is there, great band, two guitars, Manson is fit and full of energy, but setlist is just lazy.

I don't think that's it. They weren't afraid of using the screens for the first show. It seems like they are going for the "stripped down" feel this tour.
