Bummer, isn't that semi close to your home base.

Yeah...and it was back in '98, too. I'd moved up there from St. Louis between the release of Mechanical Animals and the first tour dates for that album, but the Chicago show was sold outt so I kept my St. Louis ticket and took Amtrak there and back just for the show.

This time, though, I'm with my lady in New Hampshire and we're going to the Cincinnati show (and maybe Nashville!) as well as several free Slipknot/Lamb of God shows on the way back, so it didn't make sense to leave her early on a "maybe" for a couple shows I didn't I even have tickets for, y'know?

Thus whole tour's been a barely-planned, underfinanced, and sloppy last minute bastard of a roadtrip, but we're making the most of it!

Great show. #40 for me. He continues a great Pale Emperor run. I was on the rail in front of Paul. He's a killer. Manson off the stage a couple of times and walked towards Twiggy's side. He tossed his Mobscene hat and 3rd day tambourine into the crowd. Both landed in the second row, for those hoping to land a good catch. He put Twiggy's bass between his legs and joked about a Twiggy pulling his cock out early. He said he was in a taxi in Chicago years ago buying meth and the car as shot at. He said that made him like Chicagos style. He said our beer bottles were hard to break, but he was able to cut his hand. Jason is hardcore on drums, Angel was like a brutal assault. Cage was fun too, I need to check out his stuff.
