Hum, I took mine to the checkout and they got one from behind the store - so it was unspoilt. Maybe you could ask if they have some out back without the tag around?

I did that, the girl on the checkout was really helpful, she did go and have a look but all the ones in the store were tagged up, she brought one back which was the best out of the lot, but still the corner on the plastic window was all split and bent in from the strap, so I didn't get it.
She then fucked around on the computer, and said she could order me one in... this was when I was in Birmingham for Manson, so as nice as it was, it was useless to me because I don't live there. She suggested going to a store near me, which would be Nottingham or ordering one off the internet because they only tag them up for shops so people don't steal them so ones from online should arrive tag free.
She did her best and understood that its a collectible and not many collectors will want that in the state it was in.

It was better service than WH SMITH, one time I went in there to get Jackass season 1, I like my DVD's so I like them to be perfect, so I picked up the Dummy case off the shelf, it was all torn and bent and ripped, but its a fake case inside the sleeve, so its a Dummy case right? Wrong... she slid out the empty case and inserted the jackass case and zapped it and the rest went a little like this,
ME - "do you have another because that case is ruined?"
WH smith - "no, well most people just throw the cases away when they get home anyway"
    ME - "well I don't, so I don't want it"

Seriously, people just throw dvd cases away when they get home? lol

Ah that's fair enough. Hope the online order is better.

And Smith's wonder why people don't shop there anymore

As many others here, I got Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince for X-Mas, along with Iron Maiden's Live After Death (2008 2 DVD boxset).
