That comment is a direct response to suggestions (also echoed at Babalon) that the image in
archdandy's post is an asshole, regardless of the fact that it looks nothing like an asshole. The first image, as suggested by
-< me >-, could be interpreted as "head's blown clean off" if viewed at a 45 degree angle, with the gap between what seem like appendiges being the underarm area of a man (presumably), and the wound seeming to be a decapitation.
Norsefire also suggested it could be the edge of a hand, with a stigmata wound on the palm. Both are wise suggestions, and yet again, it's nice to see that not only is Manson reading what people say about him, but he is also unprepared to have people haphazardly taking the piss out of what he does.
It's nice to see these forays into photography as well, I enjoy the sepia toned framing, it reminds me of the
Antichrist Superstar sessions, and once again, it is nice that Manson is using his MySpace account to share things with us, I still see that as being similar to the Oracle and Journal posts he used to make. Although quoted as a lunar image, my first thought before reading the quote was "the light shines in the darkness". I am also a fan of astronomy, so Manson displaying interest in the subject is grand, though unsurprising given his enthusiasm for Science Fiction, and planetary cycles as explored on
Mechanical Animals (in part).
EDIT: Well, there you have it, he just posted this in the same album as I was writing my post about the former picture:-

this is a shoulder wound. if we must limit our creativity for the morons who run this place. or is it?
