    A Dirty Carnival

Kim Byung-Doo is a charming low-level gangster creeping up on 30 years of age. His youth rapidly fading, Kim has seemingly been on the cusp of making something of himself for years, his natural charisma making him well respected among his peers while a manipulative boss and string of bad luck has kept him firmly locked into his lowly status. When a wealthy industrialist approaches Kim's boss to eliminate a bothersome criminal prosecutor, Kim sees his long-awaited chance to advance and takes it. But all advancement comes at a cost...

This plot is waaayyy similar to Triangle. Minus the boat and the repetitious events. Only this time it's a haunted motel.. I won't spoil the ending but you can say it almost felt like a reference to the other movie Triangle.

I just saw Scream 4 last night, and oh my goodness it was AIDS. It's not the sort of film I would watch normally, I haven't even seen the other 3. I went purely to be social with friends, but it was a terrible display of film making. Every time the cops come on the screen I thought I was watching Hot Fuzz, and not in a good way. It completely failed in its purpose as a horror movie as I wasn't even slightly horrorfied, frightened, or grabbed by a scared female once. While I appreciated some of the 'psycho' tendencies Ghostface showed, the 'twist' at the end (no spoilers, it's safe) left me facepalming. I guess it was good, in its own way, and did its job... if that job was to be a mindless and terrible piece of cinema. My friend pointed out that that's what it's meant to be, and was better than others of the same genre. I guess I agree, but that's exactly why I usually don't watch these things.
My avatar looks like a mix of NIN, My Chemical Romance, and Chris Vrenna

Single white female of 2011. And I'm surprised Billy Zane was the creepy ass professor in this one kissing the heroine student. lol.

And there's a brief animal cruelty on this:

The psycho schizo bitch Rebecca just put a kitten in a washing machine. It was killed off-screen once the camera cut out after she put tokens in the washer machine.

    Resident Evil: Afterlife
I finally got around to watching this last night, it put off watching it because I thought it was probably going to be crap, but I actually enjoyed it, much better than I expected. Didn't like the Matrix style fight scene because that just looked like a Matrix rip off.

^ That's about the only negative I had about the film as well.

Finally saw Black Swan.. it was good, but didn't quite live up to all the hype I hear from everyone. I was expecting something a little bit more of a mind fuck. Still good, will watch again, but not quite what everyone is raving about.

Isn't there a scene like that in a few of the other movies in that series too?

Close my eyes just to look at you.
