I just read in a news thread on Babalon that another video interview is now online. It's dubbed in German again, but Manson looks excellent, and pleased with the proceedings. You can hear some of his answers before they start with the dubbing, he speaks about being comfortable with his position as an artist, and how the job he gets to do is the best he could ask for. I really like hearing this renewed level of confidence in him, it's such a contrast to the uncertainty and doubt he expressed during EAT ME, DRINK ME, and in a couple of The Heirophant interviews.
If any German speakers are able to transcribe the basics of what he says, that would be grand, and much appreciated. I will add this to the main news article also.

    Thank you to stumula.

EDIT: I got some fairly nice screens from that video actually, I thought they might be appreciated. Click for full-size, full-set etc.

Lol did you order from the other Amazon websites?
Amazon.de had the earlier release date to the rest, so I ordered from them because the shipping worked out to around £5 which I didn't think was bad.

I ordered from Amazon Germany too, but I guess it's a little bit further from Germany to America.

Got my book today. It is fucking awesome!!

Just had a flick through it, it's been put together really well. Contains text in English and German, it has a couple of articles on Marilyn Manson. There is his introduction/information, the Gerald Matt interview, an article about Manson and his paintings and then an article about Marilyn Manson and Dada. They spread across a few pages. Haven't had chance to sit down and read it yet, but flicking through it looks great!

The book is more Marilyn Manson than David Lynch, I think Lynch only has his introduction/info article in the text, and seems to have less pages for his work, but on the whole it's awesome!

I will post some pics when my camera's battery has charged up enough for me to continue snapping pics!
