I think it's far more assinine to want a person to stay alive when they are in misery because of past mistakes or things that have happened to them. I myself came close once but just that little sliver of hope I stuck to and pulled through.
Nothing short of painful physical deformities or terminal illnesses should be considered a justifiable excuse for suicide. I know from experience that it doesn't feel like it, but your problems seriously aren't that big of a damn deal.
Now obviously these people aren't in a healthy state of mind, and the worst part is they usually have people who SHOULD have seen it coming and gotten them help.

^ I would agree with that. Unfortunately depression takes away that objectivity. I don't think there are ethics to suicide, just tragedy. I could sometimes shake those who give in and take what could have been a good life but at the same time, I feel desperately sorry for anyone who finds themselves without hope.
^You're fast, ^_^

Getting them help includes recognizing the signs and getting them psychiatric care.the worst part is they usually have people who SHOULD have seen it coming and gotten them help.
Close my eyes just to look at you.
