Very likely if this thread may die in the ass before it even gets off the ground, but I thought we might need something that counteracts the 'drug / drinking abuse' thread and what have you.
I am an avid weightlifter, have been for something like 5 - 6 years.
SO! Who else here works out? What are your favourite workouts, exercises? Anybody here do body-building or weightlifting? Is your body something that you really need to take care of to be happy? Do you maintain a healthy diet? ETC!
I will post my workout stuff soon, right now I'm off to lift heavy things.
