Finished my first month of workouts yesterday. Very excited about the results so far. Looking forward to see what happens this second month.
Skated 3 miles in 93°F weather today.

I walked half of a mile at some point last week.
Just got done jogging for about 45 min. Tool is great music to run to. Looking back at my previous post on here it looks like the last time I ran was about a month ago. In my opinion that is really lame. I need to workout more or else I start to feel really shitty. I wish more people posted on here so I can have a "running partner", so we can push each other and that way I will have a fun "competative" goal, someone to keep up with when it comes to running.
I'm somewhere in month two of Insanity. Apparently you might as well count as a whole new work out program, since the weight lost from month one came back for month two. But me 12's are almost falling off my at least.

Just got done with more running. 40 min. on the treadmill. I need to go swimming.
Just came home from a personal training session that included a cross trainer warm up jump squats, spin bike sprints, kettle bell squat pulls, TRX band rows, medicine ball slams, leg press machine, sit ups and medicine ball russian twists. I am so tired.
Last week of Insanity {will probably take a week off and start it over}. Between that and the juice fast I have lost 7lbs. :)
