so apparently there is no public transportation to this venue from Manhattan, according to my iPhone and mapquest...
Not directly to the venue. But to the huntington train station which is about 15 minutes from the venue (walking) there is.

For departing station, select Penn Station (manhattan) and for arriving select Huntington. And then select tomorrow's date and whatever times you want, and it'll give you the schedule.
Once you get to huntington, here is a print screen of a map that I saved in paint because I'm just that helpful.
