About a Lie (He Has No Heart)
Pixelated distortions of ignorant desires
He will take in
He will become
A thoughtless void
Your selfish dream
Your brute wish
He is not herself
He does not dare to be
He is not of flesh
He cannot bleed
Their posession
Your empty seed
Do not worry, he has no heart
Take a breath, there is no art
Your fear will survive
On the back of your son
He shakes in the dark
Toting your gun
This is the visage of a lie
It will service
It will die
On other minds it will depend
Watch him drown outside himself
He has no heart
He is your lie
Your pride loves him
And you love your pride
He counts the corners Of his world
A machine dreaming
Mathematically insecure
Yet he will smile
So that they will smile back
And this will always keep him
From becoming the truth.
