I don't think any title would be enough to describe all that he is. I vote leave his status as it is, but grant him the powers to ban users, issue infractions, delete threads, move threads, rename threads, lock threads, sticky threads, purge the chatbox, edit chatbox entries, delete chatbox entries, disable chatbox, create new subforums, rename users and bestow moderator rights to other users.
