quite honestly I can't imagine any circumstance(s) that would cause me to watch this show much less cast a vote for a crappy magician

Anyway, I thought Rudy was good on AGT but I thought those judges just seem like they enjoy pulling people apart so I didn't agree with their comments. But I heard they were like it with the rest of the people too.
I don't watch the show but I did see Rudy's performance on YouTube and thought the "Nazi" comment aimed at him was just stupid. His act seemed more performance art than magic.
