Anyway, I understand about the meet and greet. Its pretty straight forward and they answered almost every question people have asked on their sites.

When Alice was touring with Zombie, the meet and greets were directly after his show - there's a video on youtube where you can hear Zombie starting up whilst they are with Alice. It's possible it's the same here!

Manson's afterparty doesn't even start until well after RZ's set is over.
Okay, everyone bear with me here.
This is how the Golden Ticket action went down tonight, but please understand it's the first night they've done it and things may change from venue to venue and/or as they streamline it, etc.
Quite a bit before the regular ticketholders are let in, the GT line gets to enter the venue early and is directed further from within depending on which level of which band's GT perks each individual purchased access to.
Rob Zombie GT people get their goodie bags on the way in because RZ does his meet and greet BEFORE the show even starts at all. Manson GT people get their goodie bags AFTER MM, RZ, and the entire show have all ended because his meat and greet takes place AFTER the entirety of the full concert event.
Speaking of which, Manson's GT goodie bag is an actual, labeled ziplock EVIDENCE bag and is a lovely little package even without the giant and beautiful lithograph available with the additional costs. Likewise, the shirt is a lovely white T-shirt of the lithograph imagery on the front with the 4M swastika on the center of the back. The Manson masks come in the familiar black-and-clear/back-and-front "blister pack" packaging but minus the cardstock of the retail versions so it will fit in the EVIDENCE bag with the souvenir laminate, T-shirt, and...whatever else was in there I can't remember right now.
After RZ ends there is a predetermined point to meet at (which will likely change many times without clear warning, so keep your head up on that), and then all the Manson GT people get escorted to form a single line where Manson's meat and greet happens. Manson and Twiggy will be at a table with the standard one-at-a-time, one-item-only signing protocol observed with a quick, courteous, lively and interactive moment of facetime and conversation until you step out of the way for the next in line. Everyone stays in the room though because next up is the pix, they just finish all the signing first.
Then there's another line where people are called one at a time for their Manson/Twiggy joint photo-op, which is e-mailed later to everyone as a massive file of everyone's pix all together with their own.
And that's pretty much that. Unless you're in the front of both lines it takes a while for everyone to work through the signing/photo-op segments of the Manson meat and greet, but otherwise it's pretty speedy and efficient without being rushed. Can't stress enough how engaging and attentive Manson and Twiggy are while interacting with fans at the signing tables and for the pix, so be ready to have a quick and entertaining little conversation with some random hijinks and to leave with an armload of goodies, autographed whatever, a proshot pic with Manson and co. a HUGE smile on your face.
