This was the previous weeks cover - The 50 Greatest Rockstars In The World Today https://fbcdn-sphotos-a.akamaihd.net...07116543_n.jpg.
I didn't get the issue but I read someone's tweet on Twitter that MM wasn't included in that, but now somehow he's in the 20 greatest rock stars. I think there's a review of the Brixton show in this weeks issue, haven't managed to get hold of it, anyone know what rating they gave MM?
Maybe they put names in a hat and drew them out for this list?
Why is Courtney Love getting so much shit? Sure, she's said some dumb shit but 'Live Through This' was pretty sweet. Violet is a great song. How can you mention Courtney Love and ignore the fact that the cocksmoker from Green Day is on it... ? That dude has done nothing for music except help drive it into the dirt.
Billy Joe > Freddy Mercury. HAHAHAAHAHA!

I think it was 4 out of 5, had a quick look through the magazine last week when I saw his name on it. The review was quite good actually and the seemed quite enthusiastic about the performance and the new songs.
But these lists and the magazine itself are one big joke, some of the artists they put in as "greatest" whatever are just some one hit wonders popular at that moment.
It seems that the previous poll is of the best rockstars current work, whilst this list covers rockstars both past and present based on their history. So even if MM had an awful review of Brixton and had a bad writeup of Born Villain (as they had done for High End), he could still be included in this list!
Edit: I think Kerrang gave Born Villain a good review, and also this good review of the recent Brixton show makes you wonder why he wasn't included in the top 100 current rockstars?. Not unless they are regarding and holding things like High End and the Download performance as current things to go against him, even though it was a few years ago. Perhaps the bad smell lingers longer!
