2015
While it's still three years away, that isn't a ton of time when you think about (in general) the time lines artist release albums. So the question is, will Manson (after this current tour), write for the whole three years, then appear to the public again in 2015, with a new album. Or do you think he will release two new albums within this time period?
I think there may be at least a small possibility he releases two, because he seems to really be enjoying himself lately, from the interviews and things I've seen on him around the web. The fact that people call him "irrelevant" (personally I don't think he ever will be), is contributing to his what seems to be a more widely accepted artist. We all know he is one of, if not the King of shock rock, but it has to feel nice to get accepted more, and not get dogged so much in ever interview, like in the past.
So this may inspire him to do two more (one album to fill the time gap, and then another for the 15th year to celebrate that). Please note that when I say inspire, I don't mean I think he's going to sell out, I just mean I think he may simply literally be inspired for more. -Or not like the accepting thing going now (too little too late), and go on a writing war path to get rid of it (inspiration either way you look at it).
Personally, I hope he does do two more in the next three years, but I think at the least we can expect an awesome album for the 15th year anyway. -Thoughts?
I wonder about the years after that though, I think he may retire again for a while. I say that under speculation, of what he said in an interview (please don't ask me which, if you care to know search it and I'm sure you'll find it), he said he "wouldn't mind passing his evil spawn on" or something to that extent. Meaning... For the first time it looks like he wants a kid (happy for him and all), but correct me if I'm wrong, I just don't think 'daddy' Manson would write a heck of a lot more after that. :/
Feel free to speculate. -If you think I'm digging too deep, I'm only curious about the future, and direction the best music on the planet with take, forgive me.

There won't be two within the next two years. Even if he recorded enough songs, you have to consider office politics, tours, promotion, etc..
This Born Villain tour seems pretty damn long. He'll probably take a break for a few months and then start working on some new material toward the end of 2013. That album will be done by mid 2014 and promotion will start with the album released Tuesday, September 15th 2015. Which will also be on the 17th anniversary of Mechanical Animals if I'm not mistaken.
The tour will feature mostly MA,ACSS, and the new albums songs.
Actually I have no idea, but logically this makes some sense.

I am another yourself.
I think a live DVD/CD/random EP for 2013 and new album in 2015 would be great.

If Born Villain is Manson taking the same approach as in the beginning and the circle is closed, then an EP like Smells Like Children would make sense now. I'd love that, just some studio fuckeries with whoever Manson worked with. Or we'll actually see a live release from the Twins of Evil Tour. It just feels like it's time for another non-album release next year. New album and tour in 2015 sounds likely.

I certainly don't think he will release an album next year because he already released Born Villain and spent the year touring to promote that album. So if another album is planned then I'm sure it won't be released till at least 2014. If not then perhaps 2015. Its funny thinking I will be 24 by then.
Although, Manson released The High End of Low in 2009 and Born Villain took three years to be released. So it could take another three years, but it depends how soon he will start work on the next album. He could probably start at some point next year when he finishes the 2012 tour.

An EP sounds like a great idea. Just a few new weird experimental tracks, some remixes, couple new covers. A taste of what will come for the 2015 album! lol.
If not, then a Live album/dvd with a few bonus songs/covers would suffice. 2015 is very likely.

I don't have the empirical proof on hand, but I feel like I remember the last several tours having been visibly recorded with the promise of a live DVD or the like being released at some indeterminate point in the future. It never happened, but I wonder if that footage is still sitting around waiting to be used.

Manson mentioned he wanted to a live album so that would be good if he does that. Being a fan of both MM and RZ, I would love to see a Twins of Evil package to follow that tour, but I don't expect anything like that to happen.
An EP, or Hey Cruel World Tour album would be awesome though.

Der tod ist ein dandy.
^ I disagree, particularly with having a Hey Cruel World Tour album because of the terrible, terrible set list this tour has had. I'd either very much like a new album, a really good one that blows [I]Born Villain[I] out of the water. I do agree with you that a Twins of Evil package would be great, but it almost seems insane that they wouldn't do this? They'd make a ton of money from it. Bands do it sometimes, Silverchair and Powderfinger did a DVD together circa 2007 so it's always a possibility.
