I didn't get the memo on why I'm supposed to hate Gerard Butler--I'm presuming it's because he's famous and that's bad, I don't know--but yeah, this sounds lame. ("Hi, I'm running for city councilman. Can you tell me how to be a good president, Mr. Bush?") I'd say I'm curious to hear the results, but since he's seeking advice on how to be a "rockstar" I guess I should be more curious about seeing them.

Yeah^ I think it's more about having the attitude, presences, look and talent of course. If you have one of the other of those, you can work on the rest and pass off as a medcore rock star these days.

Oh and you'll also need connections, if you have that and one of the above you can get started. -For a REAL rock star though you need all three of the above, and you might be able to make it without connections. But yeah that always helps I think in anything with show biz.

-But that's kind of common sense isn't it? Who knows though, if any of us here had some of the above and the opportunity to ask Mason, I'm sure some of us would. -Don't say you wouldn't, because it's hard to judge want anyone would do in a certain situations without being in them. Heh, he might simple be trying to network with the question as an excess.
