Hrm. I'm currently applying to graduate school for cognitive neuroscience but it'll be at least a year until the program actually begins.
I just finished all the required volunteer lab work bullshit so at the moment I'm looking for any job as a research assistant until grad school.

Are you actually a paid/commissioned Audio Engineer? If so, congratulations. It's a hard industry to break into. At least, In Australia.
Yeah, I work mainly on album mixing and mastering but recently got involved with some indie films doing sound design and scoring. It's a paid job, but the work load isn't strong enough to only do it full time.
I work for a major newspaper group. I used to do cub reporting and management of their old what's on site but management changes changed my role so I do digital ad design specialising in home page takeover concepts which have won major contracts with Lloyds bank and other major companies. I also am sales support and online ad trafficker.
I am pissed at my job though and the lack of pay upgrade so recently resigned - they are currently re-evaluating my pay - I think I scared them - will see what they say.
I also, as you all know, work in web design and web management for several major clients within the music industry and also have done print design including merchandise and several book covers for a local publishing company.
