Default Minute of Decay vocal cover

I've only recorded the first few verses so far and I'm going to redo them better sometime, but any feedback on what I've done so far would be really appreciated:

As my number one feedback with people covering MM songs is, don't try to sound like MM. His voice is very distinct and when people try to imitate it - it sounds really forced and fake. The thing about MM, is even with a song like Minute of Decay the vocal melody actually moves around a bit note wise. When people try to sound like MM, it almost forces them to sound more monotone on the pitch. I'd say, go for it more in your voice with more focus on the actual vocal melody. Don't worry about not sounding like MM.

Go with Cringeon's advice because that was pretty bad.
