ZOMFG, I'm just DYING to hear Manson cover "Cry, Little Sister" now!

It's always been one of my favorite songs from that movie (one of the first CDs I ever owned!), and I always thought it was supercool that they used it as part of their vampire-themed playlist tracks over the P.A. leading into the song from The Hunger before "If I Was Your Vampire" on the Rape of the World Tour.

(Interesting that "Party Like a Rock Star" came up, too...also another warm-up, pre-show track, albeit from 2009 instead.)

In fact, Manson recently revealed onstage that it was Apocalypse Now which got him into The Doors, and I've wondered if they didn't specifically cover "People Are Strange" that night because it too was featured on the soundtrack to The Lost Boys, too.

Also, I'm TOTALLY down with the acid-tasting contest, btw.
