Deftones

I've been out of the loop since White Pony and I only heard a little bit of the Deftones as in their fourth album. And like many, Around The Fur and White Pony are still my favorite albums by them. Adrenaline just didn't seem to click with me that much, but I still had a few favorites from their debut like Bored, Minus Blindfold, Engine No. 9 and 7 Words.

(However, it's been a while since I've given Adrenaline a proper listen back to back, so I'll make sure to find the time to do just that. I was just skimming through Adrenaline on YouTube and I think I'm actually starting to like it much more than I did when I was in high school. I'm also sure that I obviously won't and can't go wrong with the post-White Pony albums anyway. ^_^)

I also saw my first Deftones concert on June 9, 2007 at the Roseland Ballroom in NYC. It wasy very nice to know that the set-list had a lot of songs from Around The Fur and White Pony.

Yeah he finally passed. Shame but after years of hell I'm glad he won't be in limbo or pain anymore.
