Manson has the potential to write astonishingly profound lyrics. Wordplay is fun, but shouldn't be the only weapon in his armory. Similarly, a departure from the band's formulaic devices would be welcome.

I've been saying this for a while, but something Tool-esque would really pique my interest. The more cerebral, patient, or otherwise "progressive" he can take it, the better.

I'd have no problem with a Christmas album, though I'd question his reasoning for making one. It would be kind of silly and stupid if it was just a joke and he didn't even like those songs. What would be the point? I actually really liked Twisted Sister's A Twisted Christmas album.

You know what would be cool? Even though this will sound totally cliche (but hey, he even admitted it was cliche when he wrote If I Was Your Vampire for acknowledging the obvious vampire similarities the common public always saw of him), but it would be really interesting to have a Halloween album. I know. Cliche, right? It would still be fun. He could throw on This Is Halloween, and find some other covers and even write some originals fully recognizing the Halloween spirit. 20 songs or so of originals, classic Halloween party songs, and covers of rock bands...songs like Black No. 1 by Type O Negative, Satan Takes A Holiday as performed by Blanche Barton and Anton LaVey, and load it up with special guests like Rob Zombie, Wednesday 13, Genitorturers, and ex Manson members. And by members, I mean dicks. Dismembered dicks members.

I would like to hear either a classic rock sound or a outlaw country sound.

I like melodies and atmosphere so as long as it isn't heavy just to be heavy, it will be good. But thankfully the band never does that, because when every song is heavy, it gets old quicker. Some more input from Fred. If it's recorded in a Holy Wood way, it would be nice.
