It sounds like some are putting far too much investment in the "like" feature.

I mean, if someone liked something of mine I'd simply like to be able to see WHO it was and WHAT they liked.

Far be it from ME to hope something might actually serve its designated function, ffs.

    :P

sorry Haz but I think all the previous likes and data were removed when the like function stopped working with the forum upgrade. So I don't think there is any way to check any old like notifications, it will forever remain a mystery as to who liked what post of yours.

We were not able to save previous liked posts (although I'm sure those people still like it haha) when putting the like system back in place. The database that stored that info got fucked when we had to update the forum software, and the like system software basically only allowed a fresh install to get it all back in working order.

I think is weird when you click "like" you also get a notification that you did that.

That shouldn't be happening. Give me a min to look into it. What browser are you using?

I'm using Chrome and it occasionally does that for me, too. I saw something on ets about the same glitch a while ago but they seem to have resolved it. No idea how, though.

Users have complained about this issue before, but it has never happened to me on Chrome.
