Help a poor noob out. I ordered my ticket on Thursday during the pre-sale period. Came to $96
Then the next day I hear about the Meet & Greet Package and on this page http://future-beat.com/artist.cfm?id=6765
There is no link to upgrade, so I'd have to buy an entirely new ticket with that? That's $300+ on top of the $96 I already spent.

There were only a limited number of upgrades which sold fairly quickly. There are only 4 shows left with any upgrades available. If you can buy a M&G package at full price, that is probably the only option if you really need to do the M&G. You shouldn't have any trouble selling the first ticket though, this show has been selling really strong with both MM and Slipknot fans alike.

I had absolutely no problem simply clicking the "refund" button... sign into livenation account; go to "my tickets"... particular transaction, should be "refund" option. Click and will take you to a confirmation page, essentially. Click refund and TADA.

May not be there now if on a timer, but hopefully this helps.
