    All sorts of fantasies swimming around my head right now. Could the band really be playing two shows on a single day? 8pm does seem like an early start for Manson. Maybe they're doing this, then helicoptering to Rock Fest in time for an 11:00 kick off?

    I look at all your posts in this touring sub-section with unrelenting envy. I have never been to a Marilyn Manson concert. NEVER. Been a fan for 12+ years, but the fucker just doesn't come to Ireland (well once during the AAG tour, but that was a co-headlining show with Iron Maiden, with tickets starting from €97.50 ($120). Not a hope in hell of me paying that sort of money back then.) But now, two shows in one day and a trip to Wisconsin - well, might travel down to Chicago and across through Ohio/Pennsylvania/NY.

    Please tell me this is happening.

    July 16th is the anniversary of the first nuclear weapons test. Just another little event tthat had a little influence on the artwork of Mar1lyn Man5on ; ) So yeah , tickets are cheep for this & Amtrak has the route .. when Mr.Bates says "on tour a few weeks" anyone else wondering what shows He will perform?

    Will write more later, as I just got back. As far as I know this was the only solo show of the summer tour, so we were treated to a longer set. It was, in short, a fantastic show. The set kicked off with a bang, and the band maintained the same level of intensity throughout the duration of the show. Manson and the other five chaps were very into it, and there was a lot of interaction between him and Twiggy and Bates. You could tell Twiggy and Bates were having a grand time up there, and Gil sounded particularly heavy in comparison to the 2015 Milwaukee show. Bates and Daniel Fox add so much to the lineup, so if you haven't seen Bates play with the live band yet, enjoy him while you can before he presumably leaves again sometime soon to get back to his studio work.
