You know, this song's been out there for over a year now in one form or another.

A few people applauded and picked up on the Trap beats when it debuted, and I think it's an odd and unexplored element of the song. Try listening to the intro for SAY10, then Long Hard Road Out Of Hell...
Manson was hip to Trap beats twenty years ago, arguably before that was even an oft-used motif in 'Mumble' or derivative contemporary Hip Hop.

Always a trendsetter Manson, even if he doesn't intend to be.

One thing I don’t know is how much input sneaker pimps had outside of Kellis vocals ?

That's a fair point, although Manson was definitely headed in a more electronic direction generally following Antichrist Superstar and leading into Mechanical Animals. Even doing a straight rock song like Highway To Hell had a more digital feel than the original.

Extra special thanks to Tyler Bates for making this happen.

It's ok. I usually like remixes because you can hear the layers of a song isolated or clearer sometimes.

Remixes are usually intended more for a different audience. But I always enjoy to hear them, The Golden Age Of Grotesque had some great ones for This Is The New Shit!

But if I remember right TPE never got any songs remixed officially? and for HUD whilst MM didn't release this himself it was created by Gil's twin brother and with thanks to Bates, I assume he gave him the source material to make this remix of SAY10. So this is probably as close as we will get to some form of an official remix for a song from HUD era.

This remix of SAY10 isn't too bad.
