I am confused and it kind of makes me laugh.
I guess I will wait until the album is out to know the real title, until that moment i'll Just be entertained by all of this confusion.

However, I do miss the times where the things he droped at random places really meant something...

I doubt this is for real. He's joking throughout the whole interview. Kinda in a awkward way, his humor is so dry. But I also thought he was joking about the title SAY10.

Btw, Heaven Upside-Down sounds a lot more cheesy than SAY10. SAY10 suits better.

The title is very fitting to Marilyn Manson and themes and ideas he's hinted at before. "Heaven Upside Down" was part of a description he used a few years ago, so it's great to see it become something greater.
