Because Jeordie was a repetitive basic 'writer'.
some of us loved THEOL ... thank you very much! I still think devour, leave a Scar, wight Spider, and IWTKYLTDITM are some of the strongest Manson tracks ever!

The High End of Low does have a few great tracks but it's still very low in writing and performance.

We're at that weird in-between stage now, where most of the bulk promotion for Heaven Upside Down is done, and we might start getting hints at the next album, or what direction Manson's headed in. Nice to see him equate religion with merchandise again.

Also, this picture didn't crop up in the other Unwerth shots in Candid Manson Pictures, but I love it:-

On being himself: "I don’t wake up and put on everything that I wear on stage, cause it would be uncomfortable. But at the same time I’ve always said to people in my band, 'Okay, you wear cool clothes when you’re stage but why don’t you wear them in real life?' This is a critical conversation I had regarding lifestyle, like you feel cool while wearing that right? Then why don’t you feel cool wearing that all the time? That’s a broader metaphor, not a criticism of my band members. It’s just saying that it’s tough to break out of that space where you feel free and then like being that all the time."
    I love this excerpt.
