    I was talking to Cringeon and Norsefire about this picture last week:-


    It's odd, I remember this as part of a magazine article during Holy Wood, and although it's a great picture, I wasn't particularly blown away at the time. I think because the aesthetic of that album was so specific, as demonstrated by all the other stuff available on Brown's site, something out-of-step with the theme seemed derivative.

    Now however, I think the image is one of Manson's strongest. Rather than being tied down to an album, it seems more like the type of picture he's preferred since Lest We Forget; bold, simple, representative of him and his interests, and with an impeccable sense of style. Don't get me wrong, I adore the overall cohesive, grandiose, archaic feel of Holy Wood, it's just this picture seems so much more impressive a few decades on.

    The pic posted looks very familiar. Possibly on an old calendar I have from late 90's? I will have to look and see. Over all nice prints.
